These Terms and Conditions herein referred to as “Terms” govern your access to and use of CardPlug’s mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of the Service immediately.
By continuing with the use of our services, you are bound legally to these terms, any and further updates to the same. Ensure to read the terms at every visit as it may be revised at any time. Your continued use of the service will be deemed as an irrevocable acceptance of any revisions.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you are acting on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use our Service, you must provide accurate and complete registration details which include your name, email, phone number,Bank account details, proof of address, BVN and all documents that may be required to complete your customer (KYC) verification. Ensure to provide updates to personal details provided when the need arises to ensure accuracy and up to date data of users.
Card Plug reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for falsified information or suspicious activity, violation of these terms, and non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a user of Card Plug, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes which includes but is not limited to buying and reselling of gift cards. Users are to ensure that gift cards to be redeemed are legally obtained as Card Plug shall not be liable for gift cards illegally obtained. Re-confirm and enter details of the transactions accurately as Card Plug shall not be liable for inaccurately entered details of gift cards.
Card Plug maintains transparency and flexibility in its fee structure. All applicable fees are clearly stated before transactions are confirmed. By continuing with the transaction, you agree to the transaction fees automatically calculated based on the transaction type, channel of trade and market price. You are responsible for uploading a gift card to the wrong sub category and where this is redirected by Card Plug to the appropriate category, the payable fee shall be automatically calculated based on the trade value of the appropriate.
All transactions conducted through the Service are final and cannot be reversed.Please note that prices and fees may change from time to time; the price charged to you will be the price displayed on the Card Plug app at the time of the transaction. Please place and complete your order carefully. All purchases from Card Plug are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Processing times are swift and instant, approved and completed transactions are automatically credited to the user’s wallet. Where you experience delay and technical issues, kindly contact us via our support channels.
In compliance with regulations, you agree that we may monitor your transactions on the Card Plug platform. Card Plug reserves the right to flag transactions marked suspicious and also restrict user’s access to our services upon verification of user’s transactions.
You agree that Card Plug may restrict your transaction on the platform to retrieve payment made in excess of a specific transaction upon due notification.
We prioritize the security of your data and transactions. We utilise multi factor authentication and encryption to secure your transactions and provided data, however,users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and wallet PINs. Card Plug is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law,Card Plug shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the third party services connected to our website or app, this includes but is not limited to uploads of already claimed cards on Card Plug. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
Card Plug reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We advise that you check these terms before making any transaction as continued use of our services constitute acceptance to any update to the terms. Updates and Significant changes to the terms will be communicated via email or in app notifications.
